We grow Coffea Arabica, these species are considered to produce the highest cup quality, the main types of coffee we have in our farms are:

Traditional American: These varieties originate from Typica and Bourbon parentage, native from Ethiopia, and its coffee trees were introduced in Yemen in the 15th and 16th century; Typical, comes from Yemen to Java and in the 18th were introduced in the American Continent; Bourbon, comes from Yemen to Bourbon Island and in 1850 were introduced in the American Continent.

Ethiopian Landrace: These varieties were evolved in the forests of Ethiopia and through a process of human-led domestication. With the right set of elements, the cup quality of this variety is exceptional. 1

Red Bourbon

This is one of the most important Coffea Arabica varieties, its excellent quality in the cup is given thanks to the high altitudes of our farms. This is Traditional America, bourbon-related, a coffee tree with a tall stature, great quality potential, medium nutrition requirement and early ripening of fruit.

Bourbon Orange


This coffee tree has a high-quality potential, it’s bourbon-related developed in El Salvador. This is Traditional America, bourbon-related, a coffee tree with a tall stature, great quality potential, medium nutrition.

Pacamara


The lineage of this coffee comes from the cross between, Pacas and Magarogype, it was developed in El Salvador by the Instituto Salvadoreño de Investigaciones del Café (ISIC). This is Traditional America, Typica-and Bourbonrelated, coffee tree, his quality is given thanks to the altitude of our farms it has a dwarf stature, great quality potential, medium nutrition requirement and average ripening of fruit.

Pacas


This is Traditional America, bourbon-related, coffee a natural mutation of Bourbon, it was developed by the Instituto Salvadoreño de Investigaciones del Café (ISIC), it has a dwarf stature, great quality potential, medium nutrition requirement and an average ripening of fruit.

Bean size: Average.


Geisha


This is Ethiopian Landrace tree; this variety is well-known for its exceptional cup quality. We developed this tree in our highest altitudes that have the microclimates that these plants need. It has a tall stature, tolerant of the coffee leaf rust, medium nutrition requirement and an average ripening of fruit.

Bean size: Average.


SL28 (Kenya)


This is a bourbon-related tree; this variety is found commonly in Africa, it has an exceptional cup quality drought tolerant and high yield potential. It has a tall stature, low nutrition requirement.

Bean size: Large.
